• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

The Services and their original content (excluding user-generated content and property listings), features, and functionality are owned by Oasis Development and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Property images, descriptions, and details are the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission.

Important: Property information is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties or representations about:

• Accuracy of property details, prices, or availability
• Physical condition of properties
• Legal status or ownership of properties
• Suitability of properties for any particular purpose

All property transactions are subject to verification, inspection, and separate legal agreements. You should conduct your own due diligence before making any property-related decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oasis Development shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from property transactions
• Errors or omissions in property listings
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oasis Development, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Information you submit through the Services

Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
